There are several varieties of eucalyptus on the market. Most consumers are familiar with Eucalyptus globulus, which has a stronger odor and can cause allergic reactions in children. We carry Eucalyptus radiata, which has been proven more effective for many applications and is safe for children. Our eucalyptus oil is steam distilled from Australian-grown wood and leaves.

Common Uses:
Eucalyptus is excellent for damaged skin. Our variety contains high levels of eucalyptol, a common ingredient in muscle and respiratory ointments. Diffuse, stir into an oil blend, or apply at a 2–5% dilution.

Aromatic Scent:
Eucalyptus radiata essential oil has a fresh, clean, camphoraceous aroma with citrus and floral notes.

Precautions:
Eucalyptus oil should be used diluted and avoided during pregnancy. It is considered toxic when taken internally, non-irritating, and non-irritating. Avoid if you have high blood pressure or epilepsy.
